"Marco Anthonio Solis is the “manager” who has 0 managing skills, 0 customer service skills, 0 empathy and did nothing but interrupt me and to be AGGRESSIVE. I request someone from the team to contact me. I recorded everything he did and I was only making a complain because I have gotten my pizza wrong 2 times in a row during the same week, I never asked for something free or even tried to get a new pizza. Literally my whole purpose was to inform the mistakes that the store is having and can avoid by simply verifying the order with the customer before making more mistakes. I will get in touch and send an email to papa johns. This is the one closest to my place and that was the reason I tried to fix what was going on since I order to this location a lot. I hope they change this manager and actually hire someone prepared and professional. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I’m from out of town and I got a pizza delivered to me The delivery driver was very distasteful. She didn’t even say hello. How are you or nothing and just ask for a tip then she dropped my food on the floor picked it up and throw it on my table and walked away. I called the store. To speak to the manager and the manager hung up on me. I would never eat at this Papa John’s again I want a refund."

"Absolutely disgusted with the service!!! Ordered a pizza online. The app said it was delivered and no one ever delivered my pizza I called several times they said it was on the way. I called the store once more because it never came and they tell me they called my phone number and someone told them that they didn’t order pizza when that is not true because no one ever called me. Poor management poor customer service"
