"When I placed my order I was told the delivery person had not yet shown up to work and my order would have to be delivered by DoorDash. Couldn't pay with cash, had to use a credit card. Delivery was slightly late but that may have been because the pizza making was running behind. Anyway, the pizza was delivered and it is the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time ! Tasted fresh, hot, and delicious. Brownies were perfect. Papa John's order taker was friendly and professional. Will order again."

"This location is definitely going downhill. I live 5 minutes away and the last 4 times I have ordered my experience has been horrible. Delivery takes almost 2 hours and the last and final time I will ever order from this location was last week. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sodas. I ordered online and the app said my order was ready. I arrived to pick it up and walked into total chaos with the manager yelling at an employee over the phone demanding this employees come in early. I waited for 10 minutes until she finally finished her conversation and was told that my order had not been started as they were out of an ingredient. I took off the ingredient they were out of and was told it would be another 20 minutes till my order was ready. They seemed very understaffed for a weekend. I left and came back 20 minutes later and one of my pizzas was already done and in the box getting cold, while the 2nd pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Another 10 minutes and the 2nd pizza came out. I stood there for an additional 5 minutes being completely ignored just trying to get my food. Then I got my food and both pizzas were completely wrong. So frustrated at this point I told the manager that I would just take the food and pick off the toppings I didn’t order. I asked for a refund or credit and the manager said she was refunding the order back to my debit card, It’s a week later haven’t seen a refund or credit. I called up there today and was hung up on twice. Terrible service, unprofessional management and staff, restaurant is always disorganized and dirty. All n all worst experience ever! They need to shut down this location! Don’t waste your time or money."
