"pizza is absolutely delicious but they ALWAYS get your order wrong the first time. you have too double check to make sure they got your order right. they gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for. this didnt happen once but multiple times. WHO PUTS MEATBALLS AND MUSHROOMS ON A PIZZA?! anyways as a 12yr old this is highly unprofessional. but the crust was delicious. took a picture to show u how it looked like after i had to destroy it because of mushrooms and meatballs. 15 dollars down the drain."

"Order online @6:45 waited an hour and half to call they said they are busy. They can change my order to a pick up. 2 and half hours later still no food. No manager would come up front. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a pizza place."

"I have ordered food from this papa johns for years. Never have I experienced what I experienced today. Not only did Keith (store manager) promise me a credit when they messed up my order and the delivery driver was rude and complaining about the tip I left him but when I called to claim my credit Chase (another manager) answered the phone very hostile. Telling me I can either order food or not call back. Come to the store to get my money back and they end up calling the cops. No physical altercation was done. Chase was extremely rude and said he doesn’t care about customer service. Keith said there’s no law that states he needs to even serve me. It was just an awful experience. They need to be fired. "The management here needs to do better. This has been going on for weeks now at first I thought it was maybe new people learning. But it's obviously not the case my food has been tasting like dough that has been sitting out. My sauces that I pay for never come in the box my pizzas are never a true circle it comes burnt and looks like a football and no one knows how to cut pizza there it's always big slices and little slices they never come even... DO BETTER AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!"
