"Love me some Rodrigo's Craft Pizza! The ingredients were super fresh and made for a delicious experience. If you love pizza crust, you're in for a treat – theirs is a dream. From the simple marinara pizza to the "Pistachio Whisperer" Panuozzos with burrata and pistachio pesto, everything was excellent. Can't wait to try more from the items they have on the menu!"

"Really, really good! My whole family dined here and we really enjoyed the different options we tried. The crust is SO good that getting to the end of each pizza slice is actually a delight I was looking forward to every time. While there’s gluten in the dough, we have some gluten sensitivities and did well with it, which is definitely appreciated. We can’t wait to be back!"

"Had a few pies during their soft opening tonight. Overall the dough is really great but the cook on all 3 pizzas was lacking. The mushroom and white pies weren’t cooked all the way through, mushrooms and red onions were not nicely caramelized, and the marinara had a slightly tinny aftertaste. I truly think this will be a great place if they can direct their guys to care over the oven a bit more. The white pie was also unfortunately topped with way too much ricotta and fresh mozzarella so it was terribly heavy as a result. Thus, it wasn’t cooked all the way through and could not be lifted (toppings slid off as the oil broke). Further, the raw garlic on the pie needed more time to at least brown slightly because it was way too hot to be enjoyable on a proper white pie. But, this is all to say they just opened today and have a lot more to work on in the coming weeks. Will be back soon to give it another go!"
