"Their insurance is the cheapest, or at least seems cheap but do the every 6-month renovation and down payments calculation and you’re actually losing money. Univista will turn their backs on you for any type of issue or help you may need no matter how good of a record you have with them. This company gave me such a headache, they do not “understand” the customer at all and don’t care and will screw you over, all they want is money. Yes, insurances are like that but never had such a bad experience that me run to write a review and alert future comers. The office itself needs to work on being upfront and clear, they will say one thing first and once you walk in, another. Record your calls or something otherwise your screwed. The ladies working there are very nice, everybody is but they live in la la land or are too busy and need more employees. Had to be on top of them to finally receive that info, call back, and email that I requested from them. Don’t call neither too early nor too late even if they’re during business hours because they will not answer no matter how many times you call and they don’t call back neither. The only one there that is responsible and doesn’t b.s. you is the young man Luis. I had a very bad experience with this office but I have to be honest and say that every time he attended me everything was explained 100% clear and he wouldn’t put me on hold or tell me that he was going to get back to me. He works with you on the spot until you have what you asked for and is very well mannered and tries to help out."

"My suggestion, do not even think of getting this insurance. They sell Infinity Insurance because they do not have their own. The insurance agent in this office is the son of the manager. He will promise a lower price and tell you that you have all the coverage you ask for, but in reality they don't add but the $10k/$20k required by Florida state law. My wife's vehicle was quoted here for $80.00 a month, but I wasn't told every vehicle in my policy went up in price. She was supposed to have full coverage according to the agent, but didn't. They are liars and fraudulent scammers."
