Domino's Pizza 2645 Southwest 27th Avenue, Miami, FL 33133

"The wrong pizza was delivered and when I called to rectify the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and demanded I return the pizza whole and wait while they send the right one. I’m not going to take a slice a pizza away from my hungry kids so that was an absurd request. I have no issue returning the pizza but it was her threatening and rude tone that has me most disgusted. I attempted to ask her name but she hung up on me. I called back and was told her name is “Lupe.”"

"I was given cold pizzas, I understand the location was short staffed and the manager told me that I would be given a credit for free pizzas A few days later I called to get my pizzas and first I was hung up on and then after calling the store about 10 times they finally answered again and told me that they had no record of any pizzas owed to me What happened to making sure the customer was satisfied?"

"Today I placed an order with the store on 2645 SW 27 Ave. The order was marked as delivered it never was until 20 minutes after. I was going to go to store and the delivery lady (which was very nice) approached and I checked the order which clearly had instructions. The store doesn’t answer calls, I was in hood for 20 minutes) when she called the manager, Donovan Escobar. He was the NASTIEST manager I have ever encountered. I have worked in the food and service industry for years and I would never have spoken to anyone the way he did. I told him the order was wrong and he said to bad he has 140 orders and understaffed and there is nothing he can do but return the money. I said I wanted the order corrected and re-delivered and he said absolutely not. How is this a response a”manager” gives a customer? This is who is representing your company! He needs customer service training at the minimum! My order was left wrong and I was still charged. This is unacceptable! Don’t bother with this store. Pizza Hut is down the street and they are very pleasant"

"This is a great Domino’s. Not only do they the friendliest staff and the menu (and prices) that we all know and love, it’s a sit down restaurant! Brand new, modern, and clean, it has a sitting area and they even have a cool interactive “DOUGH SHOW” station for kids to see how pizzas are made, and a chalk wall for people to draw (check out the photos). You also have a screen that lets you know the status of your order."
