Papa Johns Pizza

"I once placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up. Paid for it, checked the boxes and saw they forgot the honey mustards and extra pizza sauce I ordered. I asked the new lady over there for my sauces. She said she didn't see it in the order despite the fact that she had the receipt in hand and didn't even bother to look at it to check. She ironically points to the paper ticket saying that the sauces ordered are usually printed there. I quickly point out that the honey mustards and pizza sauce are printed there. Immediately she says "okay, chill." I wasn't even trying to give her an attitude when I pointed it out. Honestly they shouldn't even let her near the register or talk to customers if she can't even admit that she was wrong about one little thing like forgetting to put the sauces I ordered in the boxes. Just have a little humility and admit when you're wrong. It's not a big deal. Everyone makes mistakes."

"The basic cheese pizza I received was burned. The Buffalo wings I received BARELY had Buffalo sauce on them. I asked for well done wings…not pizza. They gave me the opposite. Not to mention I was there to pick the pizza up as soon as it was finished. This is what I got for $30. Never again."

"I placed my order at 8:39. After calling repeatedly and being placed on hold for over 20 minutes at a time by Joseph, I finallyreceived my pizza at 11:10. My pizza was cold and the driver Marco Antonio held the pizza wrong bc it looked like it was hung on one side. Honestly I feel like I deserve a refund. This is the worst experience ever. My order number is 930769813. I hope corporate reaches out to me."
