"Avoid at all costs! I should have read reviews first, but pickings at the terminal were slim so I just went ahead and placed an order. Big mistake! Ordered a stromboli online for my kid to have on the plane as a less messy alternative to a slice of pizza. Even paid an extra $1 convenience fee on top of their exorbitant prices since it was "online" via their fulfillment partner Grab. Arrived at the counter to pick it up andy next clue should have been that all the other store fronts had customers except this one. I stood in the order pickup area, but the employee couldn't speak English. I explained that I ordered the stromboli online and she kept shaking her head, then left, came back and told me it was "all ok." I was feeling better until I realized that the "ok" part was that she called someone (a supervisor?) who could speak English. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me that the online system wasn't working all day, so my order didn't come through, even though I had already paid, had a receipt and a confirmation that the order would be ready by 705 pm. (Of course they couldn't get in touch with Grab to stop accepting online orders that they couldn't fulfill, that would have been too sensical) So I said ok, here is my email and text confirmation...I'll wait again, just please make the stromboli... to which he responded that it was too late to make stromboli... even though it was only 7 pm. There was really no point in asking questions any longer, so I told him to just cancel the order altogether since there was no way I would get a stromboli , to which he said he didn't have access to the system. He then advised ME to cancel it, even though their own system said that the order was already being prepared and no changes could be made on my end. It was an absolute circus!!!!I had to take down his name and now I need to fight with Grab for a refund. The only thing that saved me was the Burger King across the hall! Plus, believe it or not, you get a lot more food for your money there, and it all came piping hot!"

"I have never in my whole life been treated so badly. The woman behind the counter was the worst person I have ever had to interact with. No manners, rude, obnoxious, threw the food at me. Basically robbed me of $30 for 3 slices of pizza. We asked for sauce and waited around for her to go as slow as humanly possible. My partner went up for napkins, she gave him 3 thin napkins. He asked for cutlery. She pointed. No thank you No nothing. I will NEVER advise anyone to go here. Spend your hard earned money else where. BE WARNED. DO. NOT. GO. HERE! I don't leave reviews but I had to with this woman."

"Not very good, small portions and expensive. You only eat here because you’re hungry or stuck in MIA airport otherwise you would go some place else and you’d be right to do so. It’s edible at least."
