"Seem to be farming personal Information as banking and social. I had spoken with insurance after nonpayment and had to make autopay arrangements directly in a private portal. I inform the agent of the insurance company’s privacy policy practice and autopay practice. It does not involve giving banking or debit info to the agent. The agent was defensive and said that the insurance company ‘must be racist’ against me? Other than being rude and unprofessional and not making much sense, the concern is the fraudulent practices of farming banking info that the insurance company insists and practices to take directly. Big red flag. I had my banking cards canceled because, of strange activity. Careful with providing your personal info. Watch your bank statements."
