"lots of dummies leaving bad reviews here. these people are professionals and perfectionists. nice, smart, uniforms, organized, very smooth. my Jeep Renegade goes here for doctor's visits and Aventura Jeep Service does it right every single time. I don't trust klutzes bums or unlicensed shmoes, all of whom have disappointed me in the past. Also, they work quickly and will order you Uber rides to and from. Isn't it ridiculous how dummies will 'avoid the stealership' and go to some unlicensed cheap mechanic, who then wrecks their car? hire experts folks"

"I came to Jeep to change the engine of my Jeep Cherokee for a new one trusting what Eduardo (Eddie) had told me when he said that his mechanics have 20 years of experience, the first problem happened when they charged me $17,000 when the amount to pay was $15,000 The next thing was that from day one I started driving my Jeep I heard a sound in the front of the driver's side every time I accelerated... Eduardo (Eddie) told me that they don't hear nothing and a few days later when the sound increased he told me: We already know that the problem is the CV AXLE, we have to change them and the cost is approximately $5,000. I told him that I did not understand how it was possible if I had previously changed both CV AXLE 2 months ago ...So I decided to change only the CV AXLE on the driver's side where the sound came out in another workshop... When I arrived at another workshop they told me: The CV AXLE is good, it is not necessary to change it and I responded: In the Jeep told me it was bad and I also want to change the CV AXLE. What happened after? The sound continues and I took it back to the Jeep and they have no idea where the sound is coming from with all their years of experience they made me spend money unnecessarily on the CV AXLE and obviously on the rental vehicle. As if that were not enough, Eduardo (Eddie) had the abuse of telling me that they had not touched anything when changing the engine of my Jeep. Here I leave you a photo of my Jeep and you can draw your conclusions about whether it is true that the mechanics did not touch anything on my Jeep... I came to Jeep with a problem and now I have several, I have multiple expenses and NO SOLUTIONS just excuses, just Now the one in charge is Manager Steve Williams and I have a week without my Jeep, I hope this ends soon"

"I arrived to my appointment early to get my car fixed with my husband he came in and they took his car right away I walked inside Roberto Ortiz my advisor wouldn’t even look my name up he looked at the color of my skin and immediately said we are backed up and our technician leave at 5 pm I arrived at 3:30pm my appointment was at 4:40pm he turned me way but before I left another Advisor came up to me and fixed my car right away.
