Papa Johns Pizza

"TERRIBLE PIZZA! My pizza came way undercooked, that the cheese was white & clumpy. Garlic breads were also poorly done, very thin, long & also white. Called the store, asked for the manager explained to him the situation & he asked that I bring it to the store. Terrible customer service, I do NOT RECOMMEND this location. Will Definitely Not be ordering from here Again!"

"We ordered a Shaq XL pepperoni pizza on the app. The app said it would take an hour. It stayed on preparing for over an hour. I drove to the store and there was a line of people that were waiting for their pizzas for over an hour. I spoke to the person at front and asked about my order for 1 pizza and he said they were busy and would be at least another hour. I asked for the manager and he went to computer and he said to give him 5 minutes. The phones were ringing off the nook and they were not answering. I finally got my pizza but not even a sorry."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, Placed an order of 10 pizzas 3 days in advance of Halloween to be delivered at 7 Pm for a halloween kids gathering at my house. Pizzas never got delivered, mind you this was paid in advance, tried calling at 7:30 pm when i saw pizza wasn't' there yet, after waiting almost an hour on hold was told that pizza was getting made at that time, sounded more like they never even looked at my order, and would be delivered within an hour, 9 pm came and my delivery never made it, not one phone call, not an apology. sorry we can't make your order nothing, made it seem like they were going to fulfill my order. tried calling again they never picked up, had to rush to Mcdonalds and spend more money on chicken nuggets and burgers because i had a bunch of hungry kids. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism in this store is staggering. please save yourself the headache and stay away from this store. As for me i will never use papajohns again."

"Terrible pizzas at this location. Every time I order it's a different issue. This time the pizza and bread sticks were white from how undercooked the dough was. I thought, "Ok fine I'll put it in my oven at home." When I get home and go to put the pizza in the oven I found long string-like pieces of plastic from what seems like some kind of packaging at the store. If I could leave 0 stars, I would."

"This evening I order one thin crest large pizza with some toppings, my son love Pepperoni, so I add Pepperoni topping, when I reach home I found only three pepperoni in the whole pizza, then I try to contact the Manager of this store, but after two long time brief hold , the third attempt the staff told me come over here with the pizza, we can get new one, even the manager don't want to talk to the customer . My son become so sad because he can find only three pepperoni in his whole pizza (only three pepperoni). The first time I experienced this kind of customer care service in my whole life. I can understand the Friday evening is little hectic for them, but if an issue arise the manager should talk to the customer. Really bad customer service. Thank you."
