"Hi I just moved into the Ft. Lauderdale area a few weeks ago and this is the 3rd attempt I give to order from this Pizza Hut giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the staff was having a bad day l. For starters I ordered online and my pizza took 2 1/2 hours on a Tuesday and even though in there website my deliver said it was delivered it didn’t arrive til an hour and a half after that I ordered at 11am the first order and received my pizza at almost 3pm ice cold ❄️. The second attempt I had to cancel because they said they were under staffed and couldn’t give me an approximate delivery time. Which is understandable so I ordered elsewhere primantis is amazing they just only delivery through grub hub Now today my third attempt the employee that answered the phone alysa said she was the general manager on duty since I requested to speak with management from the start since I wanted to make sure that the standard 45 minutes delivery would atleast be honored but I was given attitude from the start with unneeded sarcasm not only is the staff rude at all times whether it’s weekdays or weekends they’re pizza get to you cold delivery is $5 and then you have to tip the driver never did I want anything for free just my pizza how I want it and on time for my kids. This is the nearest Pizza Hut for all the people that come here from all over the world to vacation here on Ft. Lauderdale beach you guys need to step up your customer service skills !!!!!"

"To start, my experience was as all experiences should be. That's why I gave a 5 star review. It was a delivery order, and it went exactly as I expected. The address confirmation call was a great surprise, as I was staying in a hotel. The arrival call was another great surprise, as I watched them pull in and they called immediately. I definitely appreciated everything that occurred!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!! We ordered from this store looking for an alternative to papa John's and other pizza joints near by. Order placed and message with estimated delivery 25 to 35 minutes. Another message stating food out for delivery; 40 minutes later still no pizza. I called the store and the guy is a moron, he says: the fact that the app says is out for delivery or that you got a text doesn't mean is out only that is out of the oven. We are still waiting for the driver to pick up. Now I got another text. Pizza is out for delivery and will be there in 25 minutes. The original 25 to 35 minutes has turn into one hour. And the store is supposed to be 1.5 miles from my place. I just got another update, this one pushes delivery back another 30 minutes. It is now 1.5 hrs since order was placed and I am considering loading the kids in my truck and just go to a Wendy's or something. If I had any hope to get my money back I would cancel, but based on phone interaction with store employee; this may not be an option since the guy comes across as a CONDESCENDING MORON. Update. Food arrived. 1 hr and 45 min after order was placed. Pizza is saggy and cold. Overall one of the worst pizzas we have ever tasted. The excuse for being late is that it was delivered by Door Dash and it's driver took too long and got lost on the way to pick up and to deliver it. However that should not excuse the poor quality of the food. The graphic designer that touched up the food pics for their website is amazing because in that site the food looked tasty and attractive but in reality it was far , not even close to it. Lunch time is now gone, I already put something together for the kids and this piece of trash is going right where it belongs. Garbage..."

"I ordered from this location tonight, and they completely messed up my order. I️ called the establishment and spoke to someone for a brief 20 seconds and then was placed on hold for over 10 mins. I️ called the location from a different phone and they answered immediately… so why was I️ still waiting on hold on the previous line? I️ told the other person who answered the phone the situation, and they volunteered since I️ was allergic to the toppings that was on the previous pizza. They arrived to my house within 25 mins with this. (See picture below) very disappointed. Honestly would you eat a pizza like this?"
