"Unfortunately, my 2016 Toyota RAV4 Limited had problems with the paint peeling. Lucky for me it was a factory defect and under warrantee. In comes Toyota of Hollywood Collision Center. As soon as I pulled up, I was promptly greeted by a member of the collision center. When they saw my vehicle, they knew exactly what I was there for. After running the VIN, it was driven from the service line to the body shop. I was then taken to pick up a really nice rental, which went right as smooth as dropping off my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my newly painted RAV4, I thought I was looking at a different vehicle. It looked just like it did when we drove it off the lot almost 8 years ago. Even the couple of dings were completely gone. I want to give a special shout out to the Hollywood of Toyota Collision Center Manager, Angel Cardenas and his entire team. From the front desk to the body shop and even the rental car, I knew I made the right choice in coming here.
