"This place is HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! I WENT THERE FOR ONE THING, during my tire rotation they weren't able to take out two lug nuts, which is fine ill pay for that but as they were removing it they hit it with a hammer and my back brake BREAKS and they try to tell me that it was already like that. Which is not true because you would've told me this from the beginning, not a discount wanted to charge for their mess up. When they told me they could remove the lug nuts but if they break it is not their issue. I agreed to change the lug nut original price would be $80. Want to tell me when it comes to paying that he didn't remember saying that and it has always been$90. NOT TRUE! they are scammers will take your money. DO NOT GO. And to the person who was at the front "Ali" who is the "manager" and the father the owner. You're customer service is garbage. You can't work with people. DO NOT GO! would prefer to pay twice the money at Pep boys who actually know what they are doing. and if I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star. It would be 0 stars."
