"rating: * communications and responsiveness 5 stars - Amiel (spoke great english and spanish) He would call right back even when I just texted him to check for an update. Very nice person! Initially he had problems with his cell phone and did'nt respond but appeared to be just in morning I dropped my car off. * service 5 stars - (so far) everything is working perfectly (at this time). Performed rack and pinion rebuild on 2013 Honda Odyssey * urgency 3 stars - Was a little disappointed after was told to bring car in on Thursday for service I took the day off and rushed over but he did'nt get the car done until Sunday (4 days). * facility 3 stars - was a bit chaotic but seems to be the norm for service centers in my experience. the area does not have any places to eat or wait for service. Also no wait inside facility. * pricing 5 stars - the price was very fair from comparisons and definitely much better than Honda Dealership! I definitely recommend and will use again (hopefully wont need to though)."

"Stay away from this guy He rebuilt the transmission and rack and pinion for my wifes car, guaranteed 3months for transmission and for rack only 5000 miles. He also removed the power shaft for the all wheel drive stating it was "not necessary and would not cause issues", as it was vibrating at low speeds. Almost a year later behold it's causing the transmission to work harder and flash warning lights... Had to get the thing REPLACED.an extra $500. As he either wanted the shaft for resale or worse yet didn't know that would cause an issue with an all wheel drive car, so don't go to this shop or you'll lost your money..."
