"I brought 2 cars in the shop. 1 was a project car, another was a junk car which I brought on a dolly. I asked to swap exhaust between this cars. He installed everything and after I left the shop I realized that exhaust is rattling, he installed exhaust without rubber hangers. He could use hangers from junk car but he didn’t use them somewhy and didn’t tell me that I have no hangers anymore. I didn’t want to bring junk car back to the shop because it’s to much vanity to me. So I had to go to junk yard, buy new hangers and come back to the shop to install it. After he installed the hangers he charged me additional money. In my opinion it was his fault that he forgot to put them and he wouldn’t charge for this. He tried to bent my transmission box a little to fit new exhaust, my transmission leaking now, but it’s my fault because I asked him to do so. Overall I can rate my experience for 3 stars."
