"Walked into the dealer / service area with my wife and my best friend and his wife . I really like the car looking to buy the R1S. It doesn’t look like a dealer. A person open the door and walked away asking me to wait. About 15 minutes never saw a person again, we desire to walked out and leave. Very disappointed and very sad that they don’t wanted to do business. No wonder they can not sell cars. Too bad. The car looks nice, but if the service is like that from the beginning, what I would expected in the future. RIVIAN needs to learn from the big guys like TESLA, I bought my EV two years ago, good service, tested the vehicle and got my order right away."

"First the signs say service entrance there is no service entrance. Then guest lounge a small black object on the wall unmarked is a door bellI thought it was a camera and they could see you waiting. Finally someone showed up to open the door with an attitude. The tech was nice. Experience was started off on the wrong foot for sure. Hate the location took an hour to get here at 9:00 fro 20 miles away."
