"Worst customer service experience I had please and order 5 days ago and when I came to pick up the items they guy told me that I have to cancel my order because they had already move my order out of the system. Why would I have to wait six or seven days for my money to get back just because they decided to move my order out of the system. If I place orders online just pick them up is because I plan my things ahead of time . And I don't want to waste time looking for the items around the store. And thanks to this irresponsible employees I can't work on my car tomorrow morning. They want me to buy the things again . I have speed perks coupons that I had applied on this order. I really disappointed at this to young employees. Time stamp of this even was 05/30/2020 at 8:30 P.M"
