"I recently bought my first bike. A beginner bike for my girlfriend and I. An R3. There are not a lot of motorcycle shops here in Miami. The few that I first found were unprofessional, took days to respond to my emails because they wouldn’t answer their phone, and overall poor customer service. Until I found Zenith Performance. I, like everyone else, work very hard for my money. So if I’m going to customize my first bike with a shop and trust them with something I’ll be riding on just 2 wheels for my first time then I want the highest quality work done. Here is where Ben and his crew come in. I called for a quote and Ben immediately responded to come by so he can give an accurate quote. Once I arrived, Ben and his crew welcomed me and asked me to please have a seat and asked if I wanted coffee or water. The shop was well kept, had beautiful machines, a dyno, a carbon fiber machine and so much more. As I waited I saw Ben explaining to his current client everything about his bike and why they were going to do what they needed to do to his bike. I couldn’t help but notice the level of passion Ben had for this sport and bikes in general. To keep this as short as possible, once I met Ben after he finished with his client he welcomed me into his shop with a friendly demeanor you just don’t get here in Miami anymore. He took a look at the bike, what I wanted, and said no problem we will handle this. He then took time out of his day to give me a ton of tips for new riders like myself. I was never so assured that I had picked the right place. Ben was informative and overall a very nice guy that simply loves what he does. If you take your bike anywhere else you would be doing yourself a huge disservice. I picked up my bike today and it looked amazing. Ben and his crew at Zenith have a lifetime customer here. The peace of mind that I have that my bike was in the best hands is priceless!"
