Alex, the manager at Auto Zone SW 8st West Miami, not only dedicated himself to help me with my specific issues but assisted me in finding the best solution at the best price possible. I was so stressed but seeing someone care and see your situation was an incredible help in calming me down. I couldn't have don't it with out his help. This email should have gone out 2 weeks ago but imagine no car during Christmas. Alex, thank you not only did you help me but you where still able to give instructions to your employees and help attend other customers, I give you kudos in a world that good caring customer service is rare. "I wanted to take a moment and recognize this amazing store and staff! I was there yesterday and it was pouring rain outside. My windshield wipers were not working and I could not see anything. I came to the store for some assistance with the wipers. My son that has autism was in his car seat. I want to recognize Robert, the Assistant manager. He went outside in the pouring rain and installed my wipers for me! Thank you Robert for going above and beyond a call of duty! I am so grateful!"

"We were leaving the vet from having my little dog put to sleep this morning and my car gave me trouble starting. It finally did, but my first instinct was to go to an auto parts store and buy a battery. Robert, the assistant manager, told me they didn't install, but I had no idea it would turn out to be an issue elsewhere. No one would install a battery we'd not purchased from them. Robert was very kind in accepting the return, though it not their normal business policy. He was pleasantly helpful and attentive to me and my daughter as we tried to unravel our issues. I appreciate the help and consideration very much and will not hesitate in the future to use this location for any auto part need for me that comes up. I recommend you do too!
