Papa John's Pizza

"Ordered a pizza online on their app, tipped 20% like normal before the pizza even got delivered. Huge mistake. Quoted me a 45 minute delivery time, I was okay with even up to an hour. 2 hours later and I still haven’t received my pizza and there is no way to change my tip amount. Pretty miserable experience."

"I ordered a New York style pizza and received a pizza with fluffy crust. I had ordered delivery, no issue there. I called into the store and spoke with the only person working at the time. I explained that the pizza was not what ordered and was told that the order was correct. The employee did not offer to remake the pizza I received, he continually talked rudely and aggressively over me and then told me if I wanted a different pizza that I would have to bring it back, which I did. I asked for his name, the managers name and he said that he didn’t have to tell me that. I then asked for corporates number and he told me he didn’t have to provide me that information either. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I did call corporate to make a complaint and they happily listened and told me that would call me back, which never happened. I called a second time and asked for an update and again was told I would receive a return phone call which also never happened. Now I have received 4 texts in the last 6 weeks soliciting me to order another pizza, I found that hilarious. Papa John’s lost a good customer without a care in the world. This is their loss and reputation."
