"4 employees either walking around or on the phone with no customers in-store. I'm sure they're busy doing something but I guess "greet the customer" doesn't live here. We all wear multiple hats and have to do multiple things at once because corporate businesses are run that way. But at least tell the customer I'll be with you, give me one moment please or I'll take care of you shortly. Acknowledge that there is someone who is there requiring your services and don't ignore them. I did only have to wait 10 minutes to be done with my purchase But because you skipped a little things I felt like a lot more."
