O'Reilly Auto Parts

"I walk into this store location all the time for batteries and other motorcycle parts. 1/20/24 I came into the store and said hello, asked about where bulbs are and was immediately told to put my backpack by the front door.....i wanted to speak my mind but I thought to myself " let me get my bulb first". The whole time wondered why this time I was told to leave my backpack at the door...then it hit me PAUL IS RACIST. THERE WAS NO OTHER REASON TO ASK ME TO LEAVE MY BACKPACK BY THE FRONT DOOR. The other employee was very nice and apologized for Paul and was very helpful.....1 vote to remove Paul....."

"Not a friendly experience with this O Reilly's. From out of town, always use O'Reilly's. Went in, and the clerk kept saying they were having computer issues and couldn't look up the part. Another clerk was available, and supposedly, they were able to look up the part. They said it was a part they didn't have and were not able to order it. I went to Autozone, and they did not have it in stock but were able to order it. I got it the next day"

"Awful service at first. Went in to get a new wiper and talked to Paul first. He rolled his eyes at me and pointed at a random Isle as he walked outside to smoke a cigarette. Rude as hell. Thankfully, I asked another person named Eleanor and she showed me the cheapest wiper blade and installed it for me!"
