He could articulate exactly what was happening with my transmission and what and and how it needed to be troubleshooted. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong and were to look and test. Jason said they may be able to check it out over a 3 to 5 day window. He called me after two days and the transmission was fixed. He explained what was wrong and my problem was fixed.
