"This is a poorly managed "mom and pop" business. Owner doesn't respond to customer direction and basically does what he wants to when he wants to. Basic attitude is he's doing you a favor and he is the only one who can paint your car. Constantly talks about his own problems as an excuse for not making progress. I had to ride a bike and the bus or rent a car for 6 months while waiting (it never seemed to sink in, never an apology). Painted car wrong color, dirt in paint, broke trim pieces. Car sat outside in the rain and sun and developed all sorts of problems due to exposure."
