"Rough experience with Rob. Very informal initial visit but had high hopes as he was a referral from a trusted source. Sent estimate from insurance and after discussing we both decided it needed more than insurance estimated. He advised to get with insurance for next steps, which I did. Insurance wanted a supplemental estimate sent over for approval so we could get things going. In the meantime, the truck is drivable and it’s a fleet vehicle so I expected to keep it until work was ready to be started. Called on Tuesday around 2:30 and was told he was not in work mode but rather in daughter pickup mode. I respect that, so when he advised he’d call me the next morning I happily understood and awaited his call. Never came. Called 3 days later to an immediate excuse of “I’m swamped” followed by basically telling me if he couldn’t hang on to my truck while waiting for the approval from the insurance, that’s just not how he does business and to get it fixed elsewhere. I’m sure they do beautiful work, but I found Rob to be very arrogant. I could tell he didn’t want to do the job, which is fine. I’d just prefer someone come straight out and say that instead of waste a week of my time beating around the bush. 20 minutes after speaking to Rob I’ve gotten another larger local body shop to accept the bid and get the ball rolling while my truck stays out and continues making money. I’d prefer the money go to a local small business but apparently he’s busy enough he doesn’t need it."

"A car wash caused a little damage to my vehicle and they instructed me to take it to R&R. Boy, am I ever glad they did!! As as business owner, I put about 150,000 miles a year on my vehicles so I’m ALWAYS getting dinged, dented and damaged and I ALWAYS take my vehicles here. They do great work, they’re fair, they’re reasonable and most of all, they’re honest. I will take my vehicles nowhere else nor should you. They’re the bomb!"
