"Decent pizza, competitive prices, always good delivery when we use it (which is most of the time). They get our order correct about 98% of the time, that's one reason we go back to them. Our last pizzas seemed different, like something changed with the crust, and not for the better - hence 4 stars instead of 5. We'll see if the crust remains the same or if this last time was a fluke and it goes back to normal. If it doesn't, we may start getting our pizza elsewhere."
"This place never fails me. The food is always hot, fresh, and correct, the soda is cold, and the drivers are always friendly and efficient (which I appreciate). And most importantly, you always get your drinks and sauces/icing/dressings/whatever extras. Pizza Hut in Deland is physically incapable of this, I switched specifically bc it happened so much."
"I was so disappointed, disrespected by these people, that I will never use Domino's pizza again. There is not room here to tell of my disgust with how I was treated. I ordered (#1381225) a pizza at 3:55 pm, it said the order was "EST order ready 4:11 pm". I was informed via the app that Joey, the driver was at my place around 4:30 pm. No Pizza, so I called the store, trying to find out where my Pizza was. Mind you, Domino's has delivered to me a few times before. The fellow I spoke with told me that the driver couldn't find me and another driver would bring my Pizza right out. I asked to speak with a manager and never was allowed to. To shorten this story, bottom line, my Pizza came at approximately 5:40, cold and all messed up in the box. I called, trying to complain and was hung up on. The Phone# you have for me is incorrect and your app. won't let me change it. I received no response from Domino's, no good by, no boo,, no apology, no go to hell, no nothing. Before I ever use Domino's again, this must be rectified. I have already shared this with the motorcycle club that I am a chaplain with. Remember bikers stick together and we are having a patch made saying boycott Domino's. There is more to this than a cold Pizza and I plan on a campaign to boycott Domino's nation wide. "I ordered online and used a carry out-only coupon. I drove to Domino’s right away (~12 minute drive) and my pizza was ready when I got there, which was nice. The building is surprisingly close to the road and you need to park on the right side of the building (if you’re facing the entrance). The building is clean and air conditioned. There is no indoor seating. There is a bathroom inside. I generally like Domino’s, but my pizza had several spots that were pretty soggy. It also had some overlapping pepperonis that were 3-4 slices thick. I’m not a fan of that. My first impression when I opened the box is that the crust looked burnt. It tasted fine though, and I actually thought the crust was well seasoned and tasted great."
"convenient location in DeLand, right between Downtown DeLand and Stetson. the staff is really nice. i ordered the wings and a medium pizza with chicken, spinach, and black olives. honestly, the wings weren’t good at all- the flavor in the sauce just didn’t taste right and the meat had too chewy of a consistency, i definitely wouldn’t order them again. the pizza was good thought, as expected. their crust is great and the toppings were good. i had asked for garlic sauce with my pizza but didn’t get it so i just used the ranch from the wings i didn’t eat. the service is pretty quick, even for delivery orders so that’s good."
