"Doug was very accommodating when I called to inquire about having my transmission fluid replaced/changed , he quoted me a fair price over the phone and than he advised me to bring my car in same day and he would do a free assessment to tell me what was causing my car problem and if I indeed needed the transmission fluid replaced... I took my car in and come to find out I didn't need the transmission fluid replaced and the noise I was hearing was coming from a pair of glasses sitting in the top sunglass holder of my car, I really appreciated Doug's honesty in letting me know what the true issue was if I never need any transmission work done in the future All transmission will be my 1st choice to do business with. "They took my car in when Firestone wouldn't look at it and was able to find out my 2013 Acura TL needed a radiator and radiator fan replacement. Doug was very helpful and realistic in expectations and the price came out to almost exactly what i had guessed it would be. Doug is extremely busy so if he forgets to call you with an update just give him a call later that day or the next day and If your vehicle is taking a little longer than expected be patient, he isn't in the business of taking vehicles in and getting them out the door ASAP, he's there to repair vehicles which can sometimes take longer than expected. The only complaint i have is the main number can sometimes sound garbled likes he's underwater so he has to call back from another number."
