"It's a parts store. Associates there are associates, don't ask them mechanic questions, you will get sales associate answers. I wish for parts stores that would require a basic car knowledge test for all employees before they hire them. But for minimum wage sometimes they cannot tell what is a spark plug and what is a brake rotor."
