"I had a cracked windscreen in my Sprinter Camper van. I contracted with this company to remove the old windscreen and replace for it with a new one. However, there was some rust around the windscreen so I needed them to pull the windsceen and put the new one in after I repaired the rust. We had a verbal contract that I would pay a deposit of $134 which they said they would refund after they put the new windscreen in. When they came out with the new windscreen one of the electrical connectors for the windscreen defrost was broken off. I had a choice of leaving my expensive camper out in the weather with no windscreen or just not have front window defrost. I chose the latter. Now it is the end on January and I haven't been reinbursed. They now claim that the money was to pay for the removal of the old windscreen. I would advise anyone that wants to use this company to think carefully about them. I think they are liars and crooks. I will be taking them to small claims court over this."

They then proceed to send me **SEVEN** automated emails in the span of four and a half hours. For that reason I am canceling my appointment and taking my business elsewhere. Do better.
