"Dropped off my car on 12/20/23. Called at 11:00 am, no answer. My car was serviced on July 16, 2022 with a two-year warranty for a catalytic converter. I spoke to owner and she said she would replace it! Have not heard from them and I’ve been calling since then but no answer!!!! Called cell phone number that I have to ask when will they open again after the holidays, no reply back! This is not a good sign! Very bad business practice not to leave a sign up at shop or answer phone calls as to when business will open again! Sending my car to Rainbow Mufflers on 103rd Street!"

"I went today and politely said I do not feel comfortable paying $250 for a muffler delete on my car. The blonde old lady who works at the desk then came out and very aggressively was adamant on the fact that I would not be able to find another place to do it for less. Very overpriced and unprofessional establishment. Also, very run down place, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE."
