"So far so good. Will give an update upon the delivery of my repaired car. They told me 6-7 days. Will update this review with my interaction and actual time it took to make the repairs. I have no rental. They know that. This is a Geico approved repair facility. Stay tuned. ❗Update... The Body Shop did a great job with the vehicle, however they were very confident that I would get my vehicle return back to me in a certain amount of days, and that did not occur. It's not a huge issue, but if you have a family and you're renting a car, a day or two off from the target date, can create a tremendous amount of chaos. The other thing I was really disappointed with, is when I got into my vehicle after all the repairs were completed and I paid my deductible, I was literally Running on Fumes driving home. I literally had three or four miles left in my tank. I had to quickly find a gas station. If you're going to test the car out afterwards, then do the customer a favor and put gasoline back into the tank that you used. This could have been a very perilous situation, especially if children were in the vehicle, OR elderly people in the vehicle, OR whatever. You just don't run out of gas in the middle of an industrial area off of Bird Road. The overall atmosphere there is a very laid-back, yet professional atmosphere. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and friendly. As a matter of fact, I never once spoke to anyone from geico, can you imagine that? I'm not exaggerating, I only spoke to the Collision center. Geico could give a flying excrement about me."

"I’m not recommend this shop, little thing as paint a bumper turns on big mistake. They have to repair and paint my back bumper but they charge to pain my trunk too. They not repair and paint properly the first time that cause to re do, but they not re do the all job, they just do an spot repair, so GEICO pay for an spot repair $950.00. I fell like they damage my car instead of fixing it. Bad customer service."

"Extremely unprofessional, if I could give 0 stars I would! They picked me up from the accident site to make it “convenient” but it’s only for their convenience!! Missing pieces from my car and received my car with the airbag plastic half off. I would avoid this body shop AT ALL COSTS"
