But what happened to my multiple text messages where I inquired about the status of my car repair which were never replied to? And what happened to the several phone calls I placed which were either not answered or answered with extreme brevity and tact, leaving me feeling like A&N could actually care about the fact that time without my car meant money I had to set aside for the car I was renting. I of course exceeded the car rental reimbursement limit, leaving me with a $600 Hertz car rental bill AFTER being reimbursed by Geico. Nice! Thanks A&N!"
