"The tech only drove around the block. When I left to get gas not even 6 minutes down the road my car wouldn’t start! I immediately tried calling Randy. Called the company and they tried reaching out to him with no avail. I had to come out of pocket $75 for a tow service. Also my oil cap fell inside of my engine compartment since it wasn’t screwed on at all! No prior issues with battery or starter but allll of a sudden my car is DEAD! Expecting a refund immediately! Just find a shop and do not trust this service. Unless customer service rectifies this immediately I will be reach out to BBB."
