Reviews of Subaru of Fort Myers Service Center
"Great communication!! Excellent professionals. Always send you a video showing the concerns about your car!! Friendly staff!! Thank you for taking care my car!!"
"My wife and I were very pleased with their service department. We brought our car in on a Thursday or a Friday to get repaired. Thankfully the part and labor was still covered under warranty, but on the downside, they were out of the part and told us that it will be the following Tuesday until the vehicle will be complete. Well out of the blue, they called us late Saturday morning and told us that they got the part early and wanted to get our vehicle repaired. Also the gentleman who works the counter of the service department was very helpful, and always kept us up to date."
"Craig was very friendly when we pulled up. We were the only ones there and the lady I spoke to was polite. Craig gave us a ticket and I gave it to my husband and sent them in to get things started. Once they walked into the building things got weird. Not a single person said hello or how can I help you or we will be with you in a moment when we walked in. Not a single other customer in sight and at least 6 workers behind the desk. In fact all of the mean mugs on the men’s faces left us at the end of the long desk speaking with someone who seemed pretty busy but was at least happy to help. Not sure if he heard us complaining about the other workers or if he was just trying to be helpful. We told him we were headed to dance class and he quickly communicated with Craig so we could get a ride. Craig was very friendly and happy to take us down the street to our dance class. He recommend the restaurant next door and said to call Subaru and he would be happy to come pick us up. When the car was ready my husband called several times. No one picked up and we ended up getting a Lyft back to Subaru. When we got out of the Lyft a young black lady walking into the sales department was friendly and polite. Even when Craig saw us he said hello and you made it back. Walked into the service department, no customers once again, and no one said a thing to us. We walked to the end and spoke with the man at the small desk and he referred us to the person with our paperwork. That man didn’t even say hello. Just told us how much it was. The feeling was very much the we make them feel uncomfortable. If our queerness makes these men that uncomfortable. That has everything to do with them and their toxic masculinity. It is definitely time for some customer service training as it reflects poorly on your company and management to have such a toxic work environment. We shouldn’t feel like we need to get big or put on an attitude that demands we be treated with respect. We should get respect because we are human. We will happily pay full price somewhere else to be treated more kindly. A little kindness goes a long way."
"I have had problems with my head lights burning out every 3 months for the last 2 years. I have taken the car to 3 different shops and no one could figure out what was wrong. Took it to Subaru, service advisor explained I needed a new headlight. Part was very pricey but they found my problem and fixed it! The service advisor was professional and explained everything in detail. I was in and out no more than an hour of a wait with appointment."
