"A great experience. The folks really make sure you know what's going on and they really know their stuff. It was more like a "Sit down dinner at home" rather than a tax office visit. I was in technology for 50 years but, I know nothing about taxes. They tell you what's they are doing and even give you help for the coming year. They know their stuff and with everything they did for me, well you just can't buy that peace of mind experience in my opinion. I highly recommend these friendly folks and their high knowledge in this area. Hard to find a better experience in these days and times! Thanks so much!"

"I had my taxes done at this office in March of 2021 and still to this day have not received my taxes. I have contacted customer service many times only to be told that my taxes was excepted and that everything looks good on their part. Over a year later I’m still waiting… Use with caution people…"

"H&R Block is horrible. I have been trying to get my Dad's refund straightened out for over a week. You call they make you whole for over an hour then transfer you to another person when you have to hold for another hour then they transfer you to another person that makes you hold and they don't come back and just hang up on you. They are the absolute worst, and they do not have to worry about getting any more of my business from here on out."
