"provide no benefits, i essentially watched them do what i have done on TT for the last 10 years. Being a first time home buyer i thought maybe this year it would be wise to have "professionals" do it, and maybe i would learn something. However, they managed to mess up my filing, i owe more than i should and their fee was $70 more with a 25% first time customer discount than if i had used TT. Lesson learned."
