"If I could give 0 stars I would.. this location offers infinity insurance. I have worked with Russell for 2 months. A month in infinity cancels my policy for "not having a valid id".. Not true. My I.D. was in fact valid. I have been STRUGGLING to get Russell or anyone really in this location to help me get my policy back up and going, since infinity wrongfully rejected my policy 2 months in. I have YET to receive any email or a call back from Russell. All he sends me are texts ( Once I reach out to him after days of waiting) that are filled with empty promises about getting my insurance policy back. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. He's been telling me for 2 weeks he's writing it up and emailing it to me THAT day.... here we are 2 weeks later... No email, no call, no text...... I am STILL waiting for my policy. If you work you can understand how difficult it is to go to work when you can't drive your vehicle because your insurance policy got wrongfully cancelled and your agent if doing the absolute bare minimum to get it resolved... This is never a place I would recommend.... SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE..."
