"I took my suv yukon denali for transmission diagnostic sam senior hooked it up to the scanner told me o2 sensors were showing up and transmission screen were showing clogged they told me they had to drop transmission pan for accurate diagnosis l left it there Over night when l went to pick it up since l weren't being charge for diagnostic l gave them money to buy them lunch when leaving was told my alternator was over charging my battery my battery gage was acting erratic when it was never doing that l took my vehicle to my personal mechanic upon inspection my mechanic believes my alternator was swap and believes other parts, base on my mechanic advise will not be doing business with Bohannon transmission in the future."

"Had an intermittent issue with my avalanche, so as I do when I'm out of my home to, I read reviews before heading out to my nearest shop. I came across Bohannons listing and reviews, what I look for is the honesty factor, I wasn't disappointed here, called Sammy on the phone and he asked about I some specific driving information, we talked for 15 minutes and then I made an appointment for the following day. Went to his shop and was I was spot on with my 1st impression over the phone. A honest and NON crook in the automotive repair world. He discussed a few concerns and I was happy with what he'd mentioned, instead of a full rebuild he wanted to diagnose the issue, most transmission shops just tell you that you need a rebuild and $2g later, you might be happy. Sam had the truck for a couple of days and called me and said he believed the issue was fixed as they drove the truck for a bit, remember this is an intermittent issue. He replaced the valve body and shift solenoids new filter and fluids, the bill was around $400 which i thought was more than reasonable, I own a repair shop in my hometown and have the same business ethics, honesty and the mindset "treat others the way u wanna be treated".. sam did just that. Being i was from out of town he could of done nothing and charged me a ton of $$, but he didn't. So back to the truck, I have driven it for 150 miles so far with no issues, not saying its fixed but he did what I would of done and not assumed it needed a full rebuild. If the problem arises again I will return to Bohannons and have Sam rebuild the transmission but I have my fingers crossed its fixed. If you want honesty Sam is your guy, and don't judge his surroundings because on the phone he lmk it looked more like a scrap yard then a shop, he was conscious about it and lmk that upfront... id highly recommend Sam and his guys ... thx for reading my book..."
