Update: That's not the issue here, you haven't even BEGUN checking for parts. Meaning you've done NOTHING on your end. Details matter, you need to do better."

This was the absolute best experience that I have ever had with a repair shop. I was absolutely dreading the process just based on previous experience with other companies. However, they were extremely accommodating and worked quickly with my insurance company. I never had to call and check on the progress once. They kept me in the loop via text and phone calls. I was able to get picked up by the rental car company (who they called for me), and I was able to leave the rental car when I picked up my car without any inconvenience.
