"Harassed phone calls , unprofessional staff except one person, doesn’t have good customer service, will threaten you everyday or every voicemail, will call your jobs/emergency contacts harass them. Worst company I’ve ever dealt also there not legally equipped with their business . I will make sure nobody goes here and get treated horribly like I did even if it’s 2 day missed payment or month ! I’ve dealt with way more understanding and professional people , we need to shut this business down as soon as possible and don’t give them your social bunch of crooks ! Please find better everyone"

"The most unprofessional service! Unprofessional Staff! Unprofessional on the phone! They do NOT care about customer satisfaction or needs! They do NOT care about the reason for your call regardless of how pleasant you are. Their attitude is barbaric! WORST BUSINESS CORPORATION experience!!! MISS RUEBEN is Savagely rude for no apparent reason. SHE IS RUDE AND OBNOXIUOS!!!! Warning, take your hard earned money elsewhere, or else you will be in for a rude awakening. Thank me later!!!!"

"BEWARE***DO NOT FILE A BBB REPORT ON CAR FINANCIAL*** They will retaliate. I filed a report last month because an employee named Ana from the Hollywood office screamed at me over the phone and hung up on me. This was very unprofessional. They sent a condescending reply back to the BBB and today I get a call from China. See screenshot. I was not comfortable with the China call so I called the 1800 number directly. After the gentleman reviewed my account I was encountered with the same disrespect. I must disclose that my payment was due 2 days ago. There goes the grace period. I was at work and could not be fully attentive to the call. He asked me to update my information- I told him that nothing had changed and my number was still the same. He told me that he is noting my account that I am 'refusing to provide information.' Why? Why be so stern with me? Again another customer service fail. If you're over 2 days late on a payment, beware of the blatant disrespect and possibility of repossession. In my opinion, this is, by far, the most horrible company I have ever dealt with."

"My two stars if for the company and the “customer service “ representatives who have absolutely no respect , no manners and have the worse attitude. Mrs Ruben is the BEST person there and through the last parts of the contract she was the only person I would request to speak to. There’s a woman there that I’m not sure if she’s Spanish as her accent was a mix between being Spanish or Indian , however when I tell you that women is rude ! Listen I hated having to call and hear her voice I literally felt like hanging up immediately cause I knew things would go down hill. But luckily Mrs Ruben always knows how to get things in order and with the upmost respect for the customers. I remember one particular incident that same Spanish or Indian lady , answered I asked for Mrs Ruben she said she was at lunch told her I’ll wait till she comes back, one piece of attitude after that telling me that she can help any Mrs Ruben could do she can do it , I respectfully declined again and told her I’d rather wait 5 hours if I had to. Then there’s another rep name Art, let’s just say he’s basically in the same category as the other woman. Smh this company needs to revamp its workers."

"This is my 2nd vehicle with them and they are great. Very professional staff, and Mrs. Ruben is amazing. Very helpful... The other reviews must have been people that couldn’t afford their payment because I have had no issues with them."
