"We had a headlight and fender damage. Our insurance company gave him a check for $4900. 2.5 months later and our car is not totally fixed. He has lost a part to our headlight and says he cannot get another. Twice we sat there from 8:00AM til 1:30 AM the next morning. When he finally fixed our car so we could legally drive it our headlight and fender were held together with clear tape! Do not waste your money and time at this place."

"DeFio’s took 1,500 as deposit from me to fix my Toyota Matrix. After three months, He never even touched my car to do the job and never gave me back my money. He laughed in my face every time I would go to check up on my car and made up terrible excuses. Don’t bother wasting your time or money coming to this location."

"AMAZING body work. Owner Alex is a bit ADHD some people think he's blowing them off, being rude, or he's trying to be funny with them. That is not the case. When you leave you will be more than happy with the work provided. Just be prepared if Alex says 5PM he probably means 7PM."

"I have to admit that I was super worried because the person who ran into my truck with a lawn mower was a tremendously poorly behaved adult, and threatened me because I didn't want to allow her husband to fix my truck. Anyway, ultimately she decided to send me to Alex DiFios even though I knew nothing about them and had nothing to go off but google reviews. I didn't like not being able to choose my own shop for repairs, but I also didn't want to get involved in a lawsuit, so I agreed to go to DiFios. Alex ultimately had to do the repair because his employee struggled with the blending, but the end result was beautiful and Alex made the repair in only a few hours. I'm very happy with the result and glad to put this mess behind me. I felt like I was treated respectfully and my issue was handled promptly."

"Alex has been a friend of mine for several years I trusted him to du a good job which he has in the past. I got into a accident and he fixed my backside of my car. At the time I found out from one of his employees the job was not done right. Now many month later Alex and i connected to finish the job. I took my car over to him on a Friday with the idea he would do the work and I would pick up the car. We also discussed detailing. I called the shop the following day and at 12:00am and Alex was not in and his employee had no information. I finally spoke with Alex after 1 and repeated that I needed my car back that day. I also stated that I was going to dinner on the way and could get a ride to his shop. Around 4:45 I started calling the shop and got now answer. Finally at 7:00pm i called the police who I asked to go check to see if my car was on the lot. They said it was so I did a search on line and found a cell phone. I called and he had many excuses. I told him to have my car to me by 10:am the next day. When he came to the door I was on the phone I looked at the outside and it looked OK But when i went to drive the car to my surprise I smelled a order of cigarette smoke. Having various medical problems, and no one smokes in my car I was extremely upset, I called the cell phone number and his wife answered and she stated no one had smoked in my car. But his wife could not know since Alex told me she failed to show up to work that day. I found out that Alex was had left to go home so he also could not know. I use to trust this company but now I would not give him any recommendations. He has caused me many problems, now I have to pay for my car to be completely detailed and hope that smoke smell goes away!!"
