"I have contacted this firm on behalf of a mutual client and spoke with Amelia in regards to information she submitted on behalf of the mutual client. Amelia simply stated to contact the mutual client and ask her for all the information I needed. As suggested, I contacted the mutual client and put all parties on the phone line as the client was unsure about the requested info. Amelia told our mutual client "I don't remember, I CC'd you on the email why don't you remember". This response continued during the duration of the 6 minute phone call until finally Amelia hung up during the conversation.
