Had to complain BIG TIME before I finally got someone to help. #2 Once account was set up I wanted to talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON to answer two simple questions. IT WAS HELLACIOUS trying to get through Schwab's torturous phone tree options. Tried several times to get a real live person - ANY PERSON - to talk with to get my questions answered. It was like being dragged through a CACTUS FIELD ! Instantly got through to TD Ameritrade and Scott Trade LIVE personnel, who were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Save yourselves the headache and go to ANY other discount broker other than SCHWAB !"
