"The repair staff did not communicate all the preparations that needed to be made to my truck before I left it with them. They did NOT tell me that I had to remove my truck toolbox, and the foam and carpet lining in the bed of my truck. I removed the cab contents, the lose items in the bed of the truck, and most of the tools in the tool box. They did not tell me that they were going to expose the bed of my truck to the elements. They did not indicate that the truck topper would be removed during their work. The body repairs on the claim were completed and seem ok but the bed of my truck along with its foam lining and carpet is soaking wet. My topper HAS NEVER LEAKED. The fact that everything in the bed of the truck is soaked with water is a result of whatever they did. I have no idea how much rust and mold is going to form in the bed of my truck. Also, my topper has damage on the drivers side along the entire bottom edge where it was scraped on something. The cost of removing the contents of the bed of the truck and replacing the foam padding and carpet will be substantial. I am not happy."
