"Steve was very focused on great communication and customer service at first. He promised to increase the estimate so that his fees would be covered. He provided a fairly high evaluation of work needed. However, he failed to verify what the insurance would actually cover. That knocked his estimate down over 50%. Accepting that, took quite a while to finally get money. Then, Steve promised to provide a list of his handymen/contractors to help us with the work. However after over 3 months and multiple requests, I am still waiting. He is prompt however in sending his bill."
