"This is the worst office and insurance there is. They never return my calls, another manager, not Heather Gunsallus don’t work with her my truck was totaled and was sent to the tow yard because it took such a long time. The tow yard sold my truck and now they’re telling me the truck was never totaled. They never return your calls are scammers beware. After I released the truck to them and they gave me a total loss of $50,000 it went back on their deal they’re cowards. Good thing this is an America and we have lawyers. "I had a claim by phone where i handed all information needed thru a link. Photos of the car, the insurance policy shared with me by the one who hit my car, his driving license too!! The insurance agent Criscel Maldonado got back to me saying they contacted the guy and he doesn’t remember doing any accident!! And based on that, my claim is unfortunately rejected. So if the driver is trying to be smart by not admitting the accident and blocking my number so i won’t be able to reach him out, Progressive will take decision based on his memory!! B.S. So what do i need to do more than getting all the info and documents they need to approve my claim?? Decided to come in person to this branch and ended up being informed that you can only deal by phone and this is only for total loss knowing that it is a claims office as mentioned by progressive!! So basically there is no representative not even an office in the United States where you can do a claim in person and talk to some agent who can understands your case!! This is very unprofessional and now I’m getting back to my lawyer!!"

"Stay away from this insurance. They will quote a monthly payment then when you buy the insurance they will start adding on other items. My policy tripled. Again Stay Away from Progressive. This company is horrible and the underwriting has no clue what they are doing."

"We have never been so disappointed in an auto insurance company. We moved to Progressive 5/1/23. Our family has 3 cars, all with NO accidents and NO tickets in many years, and their renewal rate after six (6) months was an INCREASE of 57%. It feels like the classic "bait & switch". Thankfully, due to our excellent credit & clean driving records....another carrier was willing to write us for a one (1) year policy with a rate in line with the original rate from Progressive. There was NO legitimate business &/or risk management justification for Progressive to propose the 57% increase. NONE. I've been buying auto insurance for over four (4) decades and have never seen anything like this. Consumers....be careful & do your homework."
