"Unprofessional service! Not on time bringing out the car for me and on top of that, bad job repairing my car. Left sprayed paint on my spoiler and chipped some paint off the area where it was not being repaired. Left foot prints on my driver’s mat and trash in my middle seat compartment. All that I had to wait two hours to find out. One of the worse experiences I ever had! I hope this time I won’t have to face that again when I get my car back hopefully this week! :-/"

"Well.. when the bad day comes that you get in an accident and need these guys' assistance, your day will become surprisingly better. What a kind group of people. They're understanding of the stress you're in, very informative with the process, and most of all they stay in touch through the progress. I'm 27 years old and we know how my generation can be judgemental or hard to please... these guys actually seem like they enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend dealing with this establishment over your local garage for this kind of thing. The long time love I've had for my local garage quickly faded when I was told that the paint match for my bumper may not be exact... I quickly went to Progressive and was beyond satisfied. They even patiently took time weeks later to answer questions I had with an unrelated issue from my dealership. Tata for now."

"Felt like I got ripped off as they wanted to total my car when it was absolutely fixable. It's really messed up when this company perpetuates a throw away attitude that really doesn't help who they say they help. Also they fraudulently filled my paperwork a day early so they didn't have to pay for the rental I got. Cheap and this industry needs to be investigated as to foul play."

"Worst car insurance available. Switched to State Farm and saved over $100. Never again with Progressive. They insisted it was best rate, even their comparison charts are lies. If you are thinking of these guys, try State Farm. Guess how much it is to start a policy? $2. Progressive? $300 on avg plus your first month. What a waste. Think outside the box and try other companies before deciding. AND this is important. ALWAYS CHECK other places every few months it is our business that keeps them afloat, not the other way around."
