"First, let me say that I'm not a policy holder. One of their policy holders turned in front of me which caused me to T-bone their car. The next day, which was a Saturday, a claim adjuster called, she wasn't the actual adjuster assigned to the claim, and took my statement. She told me that the assigned adjuster would be giving me a call on Monday or Tuesday. I've been calling all week and haven't been able to get into contact with her yet. I've emailed her as well. I've called her supervisor and he hasn't reached out to me either, even though he stated on his voice-mail that he would definitely get in contact with anyone that leaves a message by 10am the next morning and he hasn't. The supervisor's name is Tyler and the adjuster is Edlotta. Obviously, if you're not spending money, you're not a priority. Smh. I wish I could give them a negative rating."
