"I put my name on the list as soon as GM announced the Cadillac Lyriq. I received a phone call from Patrick who is the sales Manager at Bill Cramer Cadillac letting me know that I was on their waiting list and that they were starting production March 21st 2022 and if I still wanted one I needed to come down and give a deposit. From the first time I walked in and met with Patrick my whole experience has been just wonderful. Patrick kept me in the loop EVERYTIME there was any change with the production schedule. I went and picked up my Lyriq today and Patrick put me in the hands of Austin who was a young salesman and he was Magnificent not only did he make the process seamless but he was also aware that I was heading out of town and he completed everything including making me familiar with a new o vehicle but he walked me thru Cadillacs app and taught all the goodies that come with it. I was so impressed with Bill Cramer that I ordered me a Corvette while I was leaving with my new Lyriq. Thanks Guys! John Evans"
